candle in the window

This is a two room school house near here with candles in the windows for Christmas.
It is home to the local historical society.

When driving down the road the other night at dusk, and without my camera, I
decided I needed to return on the next clear evening at dusk and get some photos.

The old country store has been restored on the site as well.

The United Church basking in the glow of the sunset.

Can you see the candles in the windows?

It's a gorgeous sunny and cold day here again today.

Have a beautiful day!

Blessings,

Pamela

  1. Hello Pamela:
What wonderful images which so appropriately reflect both the time of year and the approach of Christmas which, for so many people in the Northern Hemisphere, is associated with snow.

  15. Pamela, all these images are so wonderful! You have captured the Christmas spirit for sure! And you even had a little bit of snow. Good for you.

No snow here yet, unless you count the storm we had on Halloween. And that was a dozy!
