It's Mosaic Monday at Mary's again and I'm going over there.
Why don't you join us?
The strong westwind was blowing snow across the roads here today.
I came across these 3 deer just standing one behind the other
in the middle of the road so I slowed, grabbed my camera
and snapped a couple of photos.
You can see a car approaching from the other direction
and the 3 deer ran into the woods. The car passed
and another deer jumped out from the right and ran
across, then a 5th one ran across (the 3rd photo).
I hope your week will be blessed.
Thank you for visiting and I especially welcome
my new followers!
Blessings,
Pamela

Hi Pamela,
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing photo!! WoW!
Good thing you had your camera with you!
I know I have missed some photos from leaving it at home...
All the Best,
Christine
How beautiful! And what a great photo! Enjoy your week...it looks cold at your house! Stay warm! ♥
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene ... deer and snow!
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela
ReplyDeleteLucky you had your camera with you and that the deer didn't jump out into anyone's car. I love the shot of the 3 of them standing on the road.

Wow, what a find...and so wonderful to have your camera handy. Never leave home without it...my motto.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great photo of the deer crossing. Unfortunately here we see them in our yard and sometimes going down our driveway into the street. We even have a three-legged one around .. and this is almost in the city, Unfortunately all the new construction has run them out of their home in the woods. It's sad to see.
ReplyDeleteGood thing that you had your camera as that's a great series of photos! (My camera would've been at home.)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, glad you had your camera with you - thanks for sharing...
ReplyDeleteLooks like a winter wonderland, I am glad the deer were safely across the street. Beautiful mosaic and photos. Thanks for sharing, have a great day.
ReplyDeleteGreat timing!!! I love seeing deer anytime...except when I'm driving!!! Have a beautiful week!!!
ReplyDeleteHave been loving all your snow photos. Very interesting how things look with snow. No snow here yet (Kansas) and that's ok, as we have had enough moisture. Mild winter here, as last year we had taken several snow days off school by now. Always enjoying your photos!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Pam those pictures are great...I love seeing the deer, well any wild life really..wish I could go for drives in the country more often so I could get a glimpse of these wonderful creatures. Thank you for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteGrrrreat photo op!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd so happy it all ended well, for the deer, and for you drivers.

Lucky you, I hardly see any deer up here. When we were out in BC last year it was very common to see them around, very tame. Sweet pics. Diane
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela, my first time to visit. We see deer on the road and on some of our country acres and I love it. I had one a few years ago and totaled my car. Not a happy camper to ruin my car and to kill a deer. Of course that happened at night and I was alone. That was the day before cell phones. Blessings to you and yours.

oops, should say, I hit one,
ReplyDeleteOh Pamela, what gorgeous photos. Winter is such a beautiful season. There are a lot of deer in our area, and they are considered pests because they destroy gardens. But they are beautiful creatures, especially in the wild.
ReplyDeletePamela, that collage would make a beautiful Christmas card!
ReplyDeleteThey are such pretty creatures........until they munch on the garden shrubs! Luckily we don't have any around our neck of the woods.
Hugs - Mary
How wonderful to see the deer! Your photos are wonderful, Pamela.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
Wonderful captures, Pamela ! (I see you subscribe to the 'ABC' rule too - Always Bring Camera). Good thing you spotted them before you hit them.
ReplyDeleteLoved your photos 'after the storm' - winter provides such great photo ops.
Have a blessed week.
