While visiting in Edmonton, Alberta in 2009, we toured
Fort Edmonton Park.
It is a wonderfully recreated step back in time starting at a Fort with a
Hudson's Bay Trading Post and travelling through several decades
up to the 1940's I think.
I love this round barn. I don't know the age of it or where
it was originally.
I am linking to Barn Charm.
Come on over and visit some other beautiful barns!
Have a great day!
Blessings,
Pamela

ReplyDeleteA great find. Round barns are rare. Thanks for the comment on my barn photo. Yes there is a home up the lane from the bridge I stood on to get the creek picture and probably a new barn or garage near it.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful barn! I don't remember ever seeing a round one except in Barn Charm! Wonder what the little round structure is?
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela
ReplyDeleteA round barn is rare, never seen one in these parts. I wonder if there was an advantage to this shape?
Great shot.

I'm having such a difficult time getting comment boxes to show up (and remain showing) on some blogs. Don't know what the problem is, but it's certainly frustrating.
ReplyDeleteThat is one fabulous barn!
