I'm leaving on a jet plane to visit my daughter
and her dear family.
You see, I have an extra special reason to visit them
in the middle of the summer.

This family has just added another baby.

And this little guy is a BIG brother!
Baby Eli arrived last night on our daughter's birthday.
He weighed 6lb 10oz and looks a lot like Ewan did.
What a wonderful gift!
God is so good and gracious to us.
I am flying on that jet stream tomorrow to visit
them and help out our beautiful daughter, Jennifer.
My time and computer use will be limited so I won't be
around much in blogland for a while.
I know you will excuse me.
Especially all you grandmothers out there. ;)
I do hope to peek in now and then and maybe even send
out a post or two.
I hope you'll watch for the odd post and come back and see me when I return.

Hi, Pamela! CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW BABY! There's nothing in this world like holding a tiny baby, especially if it's your own grandchild. I'm so happy for you all. Your little Ewan is so adorable! I bet he's excited about being a big brother.

Congrats Pam! Boy do we have alot in common. My youngest son just had a baby boy. Actually weighed 6 lbs. 10 ozs. too. He has a big brother, Jack who will be three in Feb. Baby Will looks alot like Jack. This post sounds like one I could have written. lol! Although, they live just down the road in our previous home. Enjoy those little ones.
