late summer notecards

It's still late summer until Sunday afternoon so I'll include
these lovely pumpkins.

It's never too early for Thanksgiving here in Canada.  (Oct. 14)  :)

It's the 3rd Wednesday of the month already and that means it's time to join Vee's Notecard Party.

I hope you might drop by Vee's blog {click on the highlighted link above} and visit a few more participants to see their choices for notecards.

Have a wonderful day!

Blessings,

Pamela

  2. Lovely! I love the sweet peas, they smell so good. A house I walk by has them along their fence so I get to enjoy them.

  4. That first photo is so full of mystery and quiet beauty. I love it. Summer to autumn - that's where we're headed. I'm starting to think about Thanksgiving, too. Wonderful note card selections.

I hope to get my note card party post up a bit later this afternoon.

  9. Pretty, pretty header! We are in that limbo land between summer and autumn. It's a little of both and your note cards reflect that. The first photo looks as if one could walk off and disappear into another time and place. (You might be able to tell that one of my favorite childhood books was "Blueberry Summer.") And the pumpkins are a foretaste of color and vibrancy to come.

(We didn't have a freeze or frost last night, but still the morning glories are not happy. They just bloomed a few minutes ago and they'll be gone within an hour. Oh, and my sister was visiting this afternoon and has another border story you won't believe!)

  30. How long did you wait for that hummer shot! It's fabulous Pamela - they are such amazing tiny birds. This one picked the right bloom to use as a background - perfection.
