doors of Kings Landing

Hagerman House

The doorways of these old farm houses are as interesting as the windows that I shared with you.

looking out the front door of the Hagerman house.

The Jones house, the only stone house on site.

shadows of tree branches on the floor

On a nice day, the doors are open to let in the fresh air.

the Perley house where rose bushes line the wooden walkway

the general store

And, there are barn doors.

And outhouse doors.

This is a door latch in a barn.  A wrought iron hook with
a strip of leather holds it closed.

Thanks for your visit today.

Blessings,

Pamela

  1. I'd like to walk through those doors (maybe not the outhouse ones) and take a good look around King's Landing.

  5. What a view from the doorway of the Hagerman house. I like the double doors on the general store. I'm not so sure I would like to visit the outhouse though; could you imagine all the creepy crawlies in there!

  9. Beautiful Pamela...as always!!! I especially love the photo of the door half open and the shadows of the leaves on the floor...very creative and causes one to think of how peaceful and serene that setting is...but of course I like them all and especially all of the old architecture. Thanks for sharing.
