colouring it pretty

before

I am having some fun with the iPhone app 'Waterlogue'.

Winter is still hanging on here rather tenaciously.  We had about
10 cm. of fresh snow on Saturday and there is a huge 'weather bomb' coming on Tuesday night into Wednesday packing strong winds and lots of snow.    We'll get through it.  We're tough that way.  And I'm feeling a bit more chipper this cold Monday than I was last week.  Thank you for your encouraging comments.

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and almost spring like.  The sun was bright and melting some snow along the roadsides but the wind was brisk and cold.

These are the snowbanks from clearing the driveway in our son's backyard.  There will be a wedding reception back there in August. And all the snow will be a distant memory.  :)

Puddles along the road from the warm sun.  And snowbanks.

Colouring it pretty.

Some spring indoors.

Wishing you a wonderful week.

Blessings,

Pamela

  4. Hi Pamela. You really started my Monday morning off nicely! I'm in love with that Waterlogue App. I see my local cell service provider is FINALLY get iPhones on March 31st. I think I should probably have an iPad too, don't you? HaHa! They don't have that App for my desktop iMac yet I guess. I LOVE what you did with your photos applying that App.

  12. Creating watercolors while waiting for the snow to disappear seems like a good idea to me and the results are so pretty. Hope the wait won't be too much longer.

  28. Lovely lovely photos - and I adore the water colors. But alas I don't think I'll spend hundreds on an i-phone just so I can play with the app - though if I had a few extra bucks lying around I might surely be tempted.

  29. Lovely snow scenes Pamela - they do take on a rather different perspective when 'waterlogged'. I especially love the last pic of the daffodils - really pretty.
Hoping the new storm does not bring you too much snow - even down here we may get a wee bit from that front coming through tomorrow night!

Stay warm and safe - hugs Mary

P.S. Glad you enjoyed the 'ghost story'.
