Friday's fences

I recently visited a local farm that has a nice old barn, horses and lots of fences.

peeking through the fence rails

This is a photo of the harvest moon taken on Wednesday night.
There are lots of power lines that are always in my view and I don't always notice them in the day time but at dusk they sure do stand out!  There is also a barbed wire fence in this photo along the edge of the field just behind those trees, although you can't see it.

I'm linking with Jan and Jer for Friday's Fences
Won't you pop over for a visit too?

Blessings,

Pamela

Beautiful moon shot. It's so pretty against the lavender-pink sky!
And I'm always a sucker for rustic farm fences.

  13. What a beautiful moon hanging in that lovely late summer sky! (We shall forget the wires...I don't see them until I look at my photos. I used to take them out, but I don't bother anymore.) Are you friends with the horses? They look very interested in you.

  27. Great farm shots Pam. I think that horse had it's eye on you even from a distance. There's always power lines in the way when I try to photograph the lake from a good vantage point - oh well, that's the country for you.
